~ Daytime Open Studio ~ Free! (Please note that the room is open for drop-in this week July 19th+)
Youth can drop-into the youth room, 10am to 4pm, weekdays Monday to Thursday, through July & August. All youth must sign-in at the main Centre office during the daytime; coming in and going out. All are encouraged to bring a drink and a nut-free snack.
June 30 & June 31, July through to August
Monday: 10am to 4pm & 6pm to 8:30pm
Tuesday: 10am to 4pm
Tuesday: Tu Tu in You, 6pm to 9pm
Thursday: 10am to 4pm & 6pm to 8:30 pm. Exceptions:
Holidays & During the week of July 19 to 23
~Tutu In You ~
Tuesdays, 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Summer Tu-Tu: $20.00
The 'Tutu In You' will remain scheduled for Tuesday nights for sewers ages 9-18.
Under 12 years? Children must attend with an adult.
Any adults that can volunteer time assisting with Tuesday night sewing programs are invited to contact

There will be a small one time, signup fee of $20.00. This fee aids in replenishing fabric, accoutrements and bits and bobs. Youth can buy a personal sewing kit from the Centre for $10. If you already have a kit – bring it! Please check our list of sewing supplies which are needed. Go to: www.eloracentreforthearts.ca.

This summer our theme will be 'Wearable Art' and 'Altered Clothing; participants will be encouraged to bring their own materials to work with while being inspired by clothing designers of the past and present, events, and cultures. We are working towards our very own fashion show at The Elora Centre for the Arts.
*No experience necessary!
Evening Programs ~ Free!
We have created specific programs for youth ages 12 to 18. If these specified projects are not of interest youth are welcome to set-up their own projects, read and/or use the computers & Internet at their convenience. Most supplies are available in thanks from many generous donors but if you have a special project in mind please come with the appropriate supplies.
Evening Programs will be centered around 'Creative Journaling / Sketching'; a creative way to visually design your sketchbook or journal!!! Youth can bring their own journal or sketchbook or purchase a journal from the Elora Centre for the Arts for a small fee of $10. Most art supplies will be provided.
Please let us know if you would like to purchase a journal – so that we are sure to have enough on hand.

A supervisor is
present at all times.
