Riikka Ahlfors
 

The Elora Centre for the Arts welcomes Riikka Ahlfors who is our artist in residence for the month of July 2012.  Riikka is a Masters student at Kuvataideakatemia, the Finnish Academy of Art in Helsinki, Finland.  While at the Elora Centre for the Arts, Riikka hopes to "make the art world closer between Canada and Finland, and germinate future opportunities."  She is presently displaying a number of her paintings at the Elora Centre for the Arts and working from a studio space in the building.  We are very excited for this opportunity.
