1:00pm to 4:30pm
$55 Member / $65 Non

Designed for teens with a creative flair - who love to push the limits of photography. Explore how a camera works, the controls, and how to use this tool to document the world. We’ll explore ways to go beyond representational photography – looking for shapes, patterns and textures, and creating abstract impressions using people and places. The photos from the previous day will be uploaded to our computers, where we’ll explore how to make basic corrections, and create collages, photo illustrations, funky abstractions and more, using Photoshop. At the end of the day, you will print your project using various exhibition quality paper types. If you’ve ever wanted to take pictures, and learn about creating more than a simple photograph, this course is perfect for you. *Bring your camera and a lap-top if possible.
